A quick overview
In our second episode of our three-part series, we took a deeper dive into the role and potential of Oracle’s CDP, Unity and how it works together with Eloqua to deliver improved personalisation at scale.

Jackson took us through a live Unity overview, and showed how Unity unifies customer data, helps to manage consent, and adds intelligent attributes that can then be used in Eloqua to enhance personalisation. He also discussed a variety of use cases across a range of verticals based on his experience with customers.
We touched on the potential applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in leveraging customer data for more effective marketing campaigns, which we will go on to explore further in our upcoming final episode in this series.
